HOW CAN I SIGN UP?

Click BOOK NOW and fill out all fields in the form on the page. Choose the payment method for the 500,00€ down payment and finalize your registration. When I receive the down payment I will send you the confirmation email. 

WHEN WILL THE BALANCE BE DUE?

The balance due must be paid no later than 90 days before the start date of the chosen week.

WHAT IS THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGE OF THE PHOTO TOUR TOUR?

During the photo tour, English will be spoken.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL THE GROUP CONSIST OF?

Each group will consist of up to 4 people

WHERE WILL PEOPLE STAY?

In Kyoto the participants will be accommodated in single rooms, in an excellent structure just a few minutes walk from the station, an excellent starting point for visiting the numerous temples that can be easily reached by the different means of transport that depart from here. Also in Tokyo, participants will stay in single rooms in an extraordinary hotel of excellent quality. The property is located in Nihonbashi, a strategic area a few stops from Tokyo station.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY?

Up to 61 days prior to the departure date of your photo tour: full refund of deposit (less a 7% handling fee).
From 60 days to 31 days prior to the departure date of your photo tour: 50% refund.
Less than 30 days prior to the departure date of your photo tour: no refund.
In the event that you find a replacement for your photo tour your refund will be returned to you in full, regardless of when you cancel your reservation.

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT IS RECOMMENDED TO BRING?

It is recommended but not required to bring: SLR, wide-angle zoom lens, telephoto zoom lens, tripod, bag or backpack. If there are other needs we will discuss them during a pre-departure call

WHAT PHOTOGRAPHIC GENRES WILL BE EXPLORED?

All genres of photography can be covered during the course of each photography tour. Each participant will decide, based on personal predisposition and preference, which genre to favor and which to leave out. Those undecided will discuss this with me over the phone before leaving.

IS ANALYSIS OF THE SHOTS TAKEN SCHEDULED?

At the end of the days, for those who still have energy available, we will analyze the shots taken so as to evaluate the improvements made according to the set expectations.

WHAT CAN BE DONE IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?

Bad weather conditions can often offer new creative insights. Therefore, we will consider what to do in bad weather on a case-by-case ba
